Try Usurper's Suit red with black, make him bald, give him white eyes, make his skin entirely red, give him a thieve's mask that's black, and an black Executioner's plate and either Mitsurugi or Taki's style. Add some Ryuku gauntlets if you want that more 'belted out' look.
