Weather is a consideration tho... I don't dig it when its too cold... I have no problem w/ rain tho... I'm thinking of taking a trip out there for my 30th b-day next year just to check it out...

I need to see a lil more of SA (river walk area is nice but that's all I've seen) but I'm really digging Austin...

We'll see tho... It's all speculation at this point and wouldn't happen for another year or 2 anyways... who knows what will happen between now and then. I do know tho that I'm starting to feel like I want a change...

wow........nice ICE. classy taste man. i plan on traveling a fuck-load sum day myself (& bringin peeps w/me)........will b awhile tho. i been 2 Europe twice & it was "amazazing" (from Bench Warmers if anyone knows wat im talkin bout lol). but yeah.......kudos 2 ur idea on trying out different cultures of the world. i will agree tho, that Nori is rite bout the fine-ass mexican bitches of SA................lol really aint nothin better. :sc2nm1:

Houston has:

Richmond street. I'm sure it's still popping
Katy area is getting huge!
Downtown Houston!
Washington street is now being compared to 6th street. I haven't check it personally but, it's the word on the street.
Galleria area, where you will find London chicks, Latina's out the ying yang/ All types of races. I worked at the Gally for a year. Met some fine ass Cirque de Solei Ladie performers once.

Want the Water. They are from what I saw on TV this past weekend, fixing up the Bayou. SA has the river, I'm sure the Bayou is on it's way to looking like the River walk.

Just come to Houston. We're just better! Plus you know how the Tekken scene does it. Casa de Supes. You know! YOU KNOW!
 
Like I said Ice, as far as cost of living, stuff to do, job opportunities, San Antonio is in the top 5 cities to not only suffer from the recession the least, but also growing at an insane rate. Austin is excellent also. Stats don't lie sir, any serious decision needs to go towards one of those 2 cities.
 
what are yall kidding me? the quality of life in austin is far above any ghetto ass houston, SA, *insert random tx city*... girls, geographic convenience, city size, cheap entertainment, ethnicity mix, best gamers in tx... not to mention you can walk downtown at night and not worry about your own safety. gtfoh
 
How dare anyone speak of my beloved city in those derogatory terms! City Size? Does our size scare you? I know it can be overwhelming to some people but it is due to that right there that we have it better in the "H" than anywhere else in the TX. Cheap? We have a lot more room so you can definetely find a place in any price range that much easier in a whole hell of a lot more locations. Ethnicity mix??? Come on! Have you been there? As far as walking downtown at night...uh...I'll give you that but if someone were to let some random thugs scare them off they might wanna move to some place like Rhode Island or one of the Dakotas. Lol

Stats don't lie Ice. Take it from somebody who has lived in more than 2 cities in his life lol. SA is cheaper than all the cities listed and one of the top 5 fastest growing cities in the nation. Houston/Austin are not. Can't argue w/facts, it's just a matter of your preference

ICE has the right idea, either Austin or SA. And from there, the decision is even easier IMO.
 
No I knew that sir. I'm just bored as shit in this horrid debacle of a city and one of my favorite subjects is talking about my beloved Houston. SA and Austin are fine even though Austin's just a little too much like Seattle for my taste. Anything is better than Dallas though. I'd almost pick Seattle over that wretched city. Lol
 
Houston is alright to live in ICE as long as you don't live on the south side. South Houston is awful. But in either scenario, living in SA or Austin would be better than Houston or Dallas. H and D Town are nice places to visit every now and then. As for living there though, I wouldn't go back unless there was ALOT of money involved.

sugar land is pretty much south houston and is one of the more wealthier, safer, greener areas and would recommend anyone to live there

SA/Houston/Dallas are in the top 10 fattest cities in the US lol... so in terms of sexual preference moving to any of these cities you would have your choice of fat mexicans, blacks, or both

theterribleone - if by 'better' you mean needing to drive 45 minutes to get somewhere, rape your gas tank, breathe the level 5 biohazard air, having your clothes stick to you (humidity), being hit by the crazy ass houston drivers, or just that general ghetto feeling...then yea... htown is win
