your 66b~rlc a:a dmg numbers are high, i think you had counter on. should be rlc k (53) rlc b (55)
nevermind he just has a just frame version of rlc a:a i didnt even know existed

rlc aa, 66 rlc b (58)

ch b6, 66~9bb tech catches all (including no tech) but back (2nd hit wiffs)

I tried right and left ukemi + guard and 80% times it's not garanteed

which character? I tested with mitsu, ivy and geralt, all worked fine as shown in video
 
CH MST B~RLC AA~RLC K
This seems to be a combo with a couple factors. In open play very hard to land on the smaller hotboxes unless slightly off axis from opponent. It's easier for larger hotboxes but still tricky.
Opponent against a wall is a lot easier to land and it really shines here. Mix in RLC UB instead of RLC k it's a wrap. Timing is strict on the MST B RLC AA transition.

Wall combo 66b~44A~RLC AA ?
After RLC AA you can finish with RLC B, K, or UB but you can also use RLC AA again. Using RLC AA again only the 1st hit lands on the 2nd RLC AA but seems it's a force block on the last hit. This leaves you still in RLC with really good +frames. Here you can go for more RLC fun or RLC B letting you keep +frames and momentum.

Tested on Asta, X, Sophie and Zas.
