Broken characters in fighting games

Do you guys know any broken characters you've seen in any fighting game? Here's my list:

Power Rangers Fighting Edition-Ivan Ooze
Street Fighter 2 Guile
Street Fighter 2 Champion Edition Vega/M. Bison
Tekken 4 Jin
Tekken 5.0 Devil Jin, Steve, Nina, Bryan, Feng, and Hei
Tekken 5 DR Mishimas
Tekken 6 Bob and Kaz
Soul Calibur 1 Cervantes
Soul Calibur 2 Xianghua
Soul Calibur 3 Xianghua, Sophitia, Cassandra, and Setsuka
 
Capcom vs. SNK 2 - Rugal

As a matter of fact, let's just say every character from every fighting game ever made is broken, because you know it's true.
 
Me and a couple of friends once had a discussion on brokenness of gaming in general.

After discussion we came to Pong as being the most balanced game in existence, it was then pointed out that by clipping the ball with the tip of the paddle you can cause the ball to accelerate at abnormal speeds.

Our Conclusion, since Pong is the simplest game and that it is in fact broken all games are broken.

I think one of the most broken characters I have stumbled across was Sett Ra.
Uber frustrating uber rape and unrelenting.

SSBM: Sheik, Fox, Marth, and Falco
SSB64: Pikachu and Kirby
 
Naruto Ultimate Ninja: Curse Mark Sasuke
Ultimate Ninja 2:Itachi
Ultimate Ninja 3: Fourth Hokage and Itachi
Marvel vs. Capcom 2:Magneto, Storm and Sentinel
DBZ Tenkaichi 3: Broly
