Ok, seriously though... You gotta give some more specific details. Is this like something where you have to mash the same button a bunch of times? You can try placing two fingers over the button and alternating each one.

yeah I have to mash triangle to a certain point within a time limit. I heard of "the spoon trick" and "pen tap" but I don't know any other tricks to help :(

You have to tense up your finger and get it to like twitch to mash, I can't do it but I have seen a lot of other people do it.
