Hello,
I would need confirmation, either from your own researches or from an official source.
Searching online through the different retailers, it seems that the collector and Deluxe edition are not available outside of the US.
I am from Canada, thus I checked Amazon Canada and I dont have the option to switch the version.
For fun, I also checked on the France and UK equivalent and either the option is missing or it says "Unavailable" instead of "pre-order.
Only sites I've found I could order from is Amazon.com and the Bandai Namco online store.
Update : Checked again as I got home. It seems the only way to get in in Canada is from Bestbuy.ca
Ordering from amazon.com and then shipping to Canada from there will not work.
