Day 1 SC2 tournament

Hey fellas. It's the middle of September, so it shouldn't be a whole lot longer before we get a release date for SC2HD. For anyone interested in entering a release day tournament when it comes out, what would be your preference? Having everyone get in whatever the SC2 equivalent of the GC is and battling it out for several hours and reporting scores via chat, or just doing things the laid back usual way where we have about a week long deadline for each round to be completed and scores reported, with just round 1 starting on release day?
 
Says the guy posting that he can't finish the August tourney on the 11th of September.
Day-long tourney, would probably be my preference.
