Does Talim need a buff?

May I ask what characters you can't hit WNS (K) on? I don't tend to have issues with it.

short ones, Talim and X specifically. Haven't noticed it on anyone else, but I imagine as characters like Amy come out it'll continue the trend.

Against those characters, you want to short-hop WNS. So when you hit forward for the WNS after 44B, immediately go to back (4) and hold kick. It should work every time. I pretty much short hop most of my WNS unless I'm really looking to go far.

Also, on 236B, following up with 66B into 66A+B gets the same damage. More if the opponent lands face down after 66B.
