Does tapping A+B when trapped into a throw work for escaping for anyone here?

Tried it with Tira and throw escaped but because I was nervous and mashed A+B she went "AUGH!!!" And fell on the floor

why is this thread still carrying on? you've been given the age-old answer to an age-old question, there is no alternative, there is no secret tech, there is no advanced technique or skill. you wanna be effective at breaking throws? understand the characters your opponents play, how your opponents play with that character and make reads/educated guesses based on that:

quick example 1: you're up against Aeon who is at the edge of the Arena, everyone knows that Aeons A-throw will reverse-ring out, so you anticipate this and break A-throws

quick example 2: you're fighting Astaroth who has you near a wall, most of the time they'll go for the B command-throw, because it leads into some ridiculous wallcombo dmg (not to mention it's sets up Ring-outs so easily) so logic dictates you to break B-throws.

cues, logic, Matchup knowledge, player experience etc will help you...but THERE IS NO 100% WAY TO BREAK THROWS!!!!!! only one who could do such a thing was Apprentice in SC4

I know you guys posted, I just wanted to share something that I experienced in an online match

my post wasn't specifically aimed at anyone in particular and I apologise if it sounded as such, but this is on age-old question with a very simple age-old answer. The thread should really have been left alone the moment Ninjaguy answered this question

I was in a game once and someone grabbed me, I was doing Mitsu's 4B at the time and the throw broke. I think Mitsu's 4B evasiveness might include throws as well. I've been testing this for 5 months and it only works half of the time, I think I just need to get the timing right. (^・ω・^ )
