Do these exist? / If I made one, do you think people would join it? Or are people too attached to "their main" who they always practice and only play that one character, and wont play anyone else. I think it is much more impressive to be able to win as edgemaster than it is to be able to win at one character that you play all the time and spend time practicing with.

Yeah sure, but good luck really reaching tourney level with a mimic character. It takes so much time and effort to be even remotely competent enough to compete at tourneys even with just one character, let alone master all the frametraps, specific matchups that you'll *NEED* to master to beat great players, and so much more...

...That said, mimics are fun as hell :D

TRAINING.
Though there is an advantage to mimics in that your opponent won't be able to properly adapt to your playstyle seeing as you'll no doubt change your style a little depending on who you mimic each round.
And also, the fact that Elysium mimicking Viola can use her A+G throw to combo into her CE (which does extra damage since your opponent will be back turned) makes me a bit terrified of Elysium.

Though I do agree, getting to tourney level with a mimic must be damn near impossible...

I'd join (except that I'm on Xbox).

That's one of the main things I like about the mimics. Also the element of surprise and new style every round keep matches from being boring and too technical.

I wish that Edgemaster had his own CE though.

I mainly play Elysium~Edgemaster is just not my type pfft~ BUt I like to play him either way xD

How is it more "impressive" to win with a mimic? A win is a win, they're all the same no matter who you to pick imo.

So with that logic, no win can be more impressive than another win to you? So, someone who perfects someone else 3-0 isnt more impressive than someone who button mashes and happens to luck a win?

Anyway, I personally think it is more impressive because it shows that you know how to play multiple characters, rather than being a one trick pony. It shows that you know more about the game in general, and are strong and confident in your skill in all of soulcalibur, rather than just with 1 character. I don't know man, it's just badass. It's like "I could pick my 1 character that I play all the time against you, but I'm so confident in my ability with ANY character in the game that I'll beat you even with random." And then if they do win as random vs your strongest character, that's badass man.
