Snorlax. I remember in those days, intrawebz was still new, everyone arguing(the first gen). For some reason everyone I chatted with thought the tubby bastard was worthless because it was a Normal type and pretty much never got the first attack. Amnesia, Hyper Beam, Rest, and your choice of special stat-based elemental moves disagreed >:D
The complexity of subsequent generations of Pokemon games is mind-blowing. Honestly. It's very very clearly aimed at children, but HO-LEEEE FUCK is it complex now. It seemed like "perfect" teams were plausible in the first generation games and just barely out of reach in the second generation...Come fourth and whatever generation it is now...Ow, my brain. The sheer number of variables in battles should be frightening to everyone D:

I would say Jirachi because it has an appearance that just interests me. That, and Jirachi is just fun to use in battles whether it is competitively or not.

I heard Pokemon W/B 2 was released in japan last week and there are already patches to english.
My favorite Pokemon is Scyther/Scissor. But I loved Emboar too.
