Kyle: you're learning, which is good, i like what you're doing, keep it up. Try to make it to our weeklies and we'll work something out.

SOS: Good shit bro, you're learning real fast, but as you and i both know...experience will play a huge role in your matches. but don't let that get you down about your placement. You're starting to become consistent

DSB: you embarrassed Blaze w/ Zasalamel, as opposed to ME actually beating that. That's hawt!!!

Everyone else, thanks for your patience, now that i'm starting to understand the tourney system that the owner wants to do, it's starting to be real easy for everyone to work with.

Adriana: thx for the help.....as well as nori starting his first match....homo
 
DFG: If you're reading this, you should have done better.

SOS: Like I said, Cass is for sure a better char than Kilik. You might want to strongly consider her as a backup. In the end, you can play whoever you want but since you have very little experience, I would start of w/somebody a little easier. As you learned yesterday, when Sophie is in your face w/Kilik and you're in the corner, hard to get her out.

Blaze: I own you. 3-0 son

Agustin: Just like last month, the only guy to beat me. You are my kryptonite dude, for real

CW: If you play against me and Blaze the way you played yesterday, you'll place at one of the regionals hands down. Your amy is very solid, you don't need Mitsu at all.

Damn, what a lackluster performance by me to say the least...Note to self, don't use Astaroth...Haha, or at the very least, improve Astaroth drastically...lol...Fun tourney none the less!

CW - Crazy f*cking Amy! That is one insane ass character, especially played how you played her. All of you fucking guys can pull off JFs like crazy!

Nori - WTF!! I didn't know Cervantes even played like that. And to think Cervy was my main in part one (So Out Of The Loop)! I was hoping to see a Nori/Agustin rematch for the finals...

Blaze - Cool to see you still alive and what not! And I thought I had a decent Sophie to say the least! I haven't even played your Sophie and I'm already debating just kicking my to the curve...:( Good stuff Jason!!

Agustin - Don't know what I was thinking...Haha, was thinking Algol was like God mode or something and every attack of mine on hit or block would leave me in +advantage frames or something. Fantastic showing with Yoshi!!

I definitily need to get a stick and start playing the PS3 version (I Have It, Just Haven't Opened It)...Needless to say, I was humbly put in my place...
It happens...lol...
 
Kid: It would be great if you came around more often. SA has an immense talent pool and I'm pretty confident you'll catch up in no time. I talk to Nacho all the time and he speaks highly of you. IMO, Algol is the best guy in the game. You just weren't dirty enough w/him. We usually play at Chickenwing's on Thursdays, you are more than welcome to come any time. We usually play on 360 and PS3, whatever you are more comfortable on we'll have running and we do little mini tourneys to see who has the biggest cock that night:)
 
ahh Yoshi takes it again :) but Nori his lows are so easily seeable upon reaction ?

Unfortanetly, @ this tournament i couldn't record matches due to 2 conditions:

1. Blaze was being a bitch and wouldn't record for me.
2. Some of the individuals @ the tournament requested that i DO NOT post their matches online...(idk why honestly...)

Other than that, i am working on making sure that the tournament in November becomes taken care of.

Now other than that, there are a few other issues that i would need to address.

1. As you all can tell, we only have a few individuals willing to drop a PS3 to be borrowed for the DAY....FOR A FUCKING DAY!!! This is the 2nd consecutive tournament that we only ran on 2 TV's. (note: Oct's turnout was smaller than September's) The owner of Gamelot is WILLING to drop some systems and TV's as long as we (as a community as well as Kyle and Myslef as TO's) are willing to show consistency in the turnout, plus the willingness to help.

2. Gears of War 2 is scheduled to come out 11/7/08. So if any of you had questions on Running a Gears 2 tournament this november, the answer is going to be a NO. I'm am looking to do a tournament for December. so i'll keep you focused on that as well.

3. Kyle (the main TO) is working on how to incorporate SSBB in the line-up for November as well as keeping T5:DR and SC4 along with the line-up. Since i'm working w/him in the background, i'll will try to establish a time-frame with the tournaments and provide that info to you ASAP.

4. Venue Fee: Situation is this. Pure and simple. If you don't pay, you don't watch. Even if you're coming to watch a tournament and choose not to play, you Must pay the $5 venue fee. Now i know that some of you are going to bitch and complain about the situation. But i'm going to try to break it down for you.

He has a business to maintain.

See...that's very simple. Kyle got talked about it probably more than me. but i was address to the same situation. All i have to say is this, you know who you are. Please, pay the visitor fee to watch and play in friendlies. Even if you're not particiapting in these tournaments. It's just $5. Thanks!

Other than that i'm working on getting some situations resolved for this upcoming tournaments. Again, Kyle and myself will address the public once all info has been finalized.

They are. And ask anybody who was there how many I blocked on reaction and punished. Cervantes is clearly better than Yoshi, anybody will tell you that. Agustin is just very good at this game, instant dick punches and good use of aB+K will fuck up any player. I don't mind losing to a Yoshi if the player is good, but that doesn't make Yoshi top tier or his lows any faster haha

Oh yeah, he beat me 3-2 in winners finals, and I didn't want to play grand finals again because we were fighting over about 30 dollars which wasn't worth it. Plus it was Saturday night, I wanted to go out and do something:) Our matches are always close and he finds a way to edge me out. Everybody in TX knows Agustin is good, you will consistently see him winning but again, that doesn't make Yoshi top tier

I wish my X was tournament worthy. I was doing great with her post tourney.

Oh well. I will see about coming to Chickenwing's on Thursdays, unless the whole gang is willing to move to Gamelot (more tv's!)

SkyKing was Taki, and I used Astaroth. Not that it really matters but eh.
