What decreases Guard Break in Soul Calibur 5?

I know Just guard has taken me from Red to yellow on many occasions as well as build my soul gauge meter.

Anything else works to build your guard meter?
 
Just guard does not add to the guard meter, it simply prevents the attack that you JGed from draining the guard meter/slowing its regeneration.
 
That is not correct. I have gone from red to yellow after performing a JG.
 
I have gone from red to yellow after doing a quickstep. Obviously quickstep regenerates you guard gauge.

I wonder what is the amount of each of these moves or combination of moves to return the bar to green from red?

No sorry, I was spreading sarcastic misinformation, as seemed to be the theme in this thread.

Nothing I say outside of the Alpha forums should be taken seriously :P.

That being said, taunting totally SHOULD restore GG.
 
the soul gauge meter just recover alone with the time, if you make a JG the attack dont drain soul gauge thats all.
