In the entire series? Or by game? If by game:

SB, SC, SC3, SCL, & SC:BD: I never played them, so . . .
SC2: It's a toss-up between Seong Mi-na and Raphael. I play well wth both characters, and they're pretty much my mains in SC2.
SC4: Hmm. It's between Hilde, Amy, and Tira.
SC5: As of now, Dampierre. He's just awesome, and I'm sad that I probably won't be able to get the collectors edition to get him at launch. But oh well, here's hoping to him becoming DLC very, very fast.
