How do you do instant dictator slide with the k:b b followup? (Without is ok too)
How do you do 2146 b+k?> I never end up behind the enemy, just in front and then it won't hit.
Whats the best follow-up to iGDR?
What is the timing to CH 3b:b and CH 3b: 4b

1. Um dictator slide 421 k:b b just input it fast if u want the instant (not sure if it is 421 if someone can check on that)

2. 214 6 b+k fails almost all the times it will only work if ur standing in front of your opponent and ther ducking like in the training demonstration or if u can catch your opponent running at you. but even with the 2nd method its just freaking random. just like how iGDR range changes.

4. CH 3b:b like it implies just push b again after u hit 3b. push it fast u get the cool teleportation gunshot (ringout ability) slow and u get the awkward slamdown. 4b is the elbow hit so i dont know how u but that into CH 3b, unless u did CH 3b 8A+K (x1 - x3) 4b but they can air control after that making the kick miss. (4b:k)

dictator slide is just 421kB (slide) and just keep tapping B if your struggling and you should get the shot. although its pretty usless the 421kB:B the shot can be ducked so not really good, unless you catch someone out but in all honesty i havnt in a while other than total noobs.

214:6 can be used as post above said and also on a CH 3B 214:6 BTB+K will combo. it can be used in other ways but its tricky to know when and where, you will pick that up as you explore cervy.

my fav follow up to iGDR is
iGDR 22_88B 8A+K iGDR:28B
but there are tons just look on here.

and the timeing for CH 3B:B (forward shot) and 3B:4B (backward shot) is just as the hit connects. most of the just frames in the game mean just as your last hit conects then do the next imput.

Instant teleport to BT B+K is something I use if I know a low/2a is coming. Your opponent throws out a 2a and eats that kind of damage from a flashy JF teleport, he gonna be scurrrrred.

Easiest starter combo for iGDR is 22b, 66a. Solid combo that you could stick with long term, or you could branch off to learn more risky jf combos.

Wish i was that skilled, every time i use it am in front of them, and i mistakenly push b+k for the crumple stun and find out am in front so i gave up on it.

Could not agree more. i once watch some guy online die to a repeated use of this move. All i could do was watch in awe and say why dont u just block low, u evade the last two and punish. For such a flashy move the followup after it is not even guarantee.
 
im not great, and neither are the people I play with so I should be able to use it to great effect (I don't know of anyone in the DC area who is, correct me if I'm wrong). Thanks everyone.

Btw, (I'm not sure why I'm asking bu) has anyone met a guy named Wone on xbox live. he mains asta, and uses cervy a lot too. He's pretty good with asta, and got me in a ridiculous combo with cervy (I have not yet mastered shaking stun> if there is a thread on it, a link would be appreciated). But usually is cervy is ok (good against me, not against people like kowtow)

kowtow do you play on liv often cause id like to play you ive seen you play and it really reminds me of me and i dont really have any compitition on live when it comes to cervys there all rather bad and dont understand him.

i didnt mean you its just we connest really bad to where its not really a match, oh and kowtow im going to start the whole offline thing once summer starts but till then i guess i wont be seeing any high level cervys :(
 
im in so. cal unfortunetly but i may get a chance to play hates who knows i think there one that lives around me but i dont it :(
 
Well SoCal has some strong players, you should look and see where they're playing soon. You don't necessarily need Cervy mirrors to improve your game.
 
i know there actually very close to me but i just would like to see how i would match up against a great offline cervy.

If you can remember and describe what this players cervantes did to you am pretty sure someone can rell you what the combo was.
 
Lol im pretty sure it starts with A+B. That unshakable, mid, Tech Crouching Godlike move. Online Cervys love it.
 
He's being facetious, A+B is a VERY shakeable stun (offline) and it's unsafe on block (offline) as well. The tech crouch on it is pretty good, makes for a reasonable alternative to iWS A, depending on your views. Some people feel you should use iWS A exclusively, some feel A+B has a place.

6A+K = unblockable forward shot (duckable)
8A+K = Air shot
421kB:B = slide to unbloackbe shot (duckable) mash the B input if you struggle
CH 3_33B:B = just frame forward shot, press exactly on hit
CH 3_33B:4B = just frame backward shot, press exactly on hit

i found a video in youtube
i'm curious about cervantes gun moves in that youtube video, in second 28. cervantes fired into the bottom.
