Hello all, I'm electric goldfish (although my full name was too long for the forums) and I'm a long time fighting game player. I've played fighters and the SC series since the beginning on the Dreamcast. I've loved Soul Calibur since then. The style and mechanics are very attractive to me. I've generally played casually but it's time to improve my skills.

Right now I'm maining Natsu but I'm looking to pick up Raphael as well. Don't know how that's going to work out, as I prefer a rushdown style.

Not exactly sure what else to say here, I hope to learn a lot and meet some cool folks. Please feel free to ask me whatever (within reason).

Welcome to 8wr! If you need an help at all with the site or characters feel free to pm me and I can help you or direct you to someone who can! You said you are a long time fighter so you will fit right in! There is tons to do on 8wr. I suggest the Soul arenas if you are looking for something for your character. Watch out for the SCV multi thread as a new user haha it can get rowdy in there. And if you are bored and just want to talk head over to the general forum or chat . Those are the basics haha. And again, Welcome to 8wr!
