Tested against Sieg, with neutral Soul Gauge and 1st and 2nd action guard all (SG doesnt recover while blocking). Didnt list anything that requires more than 15 blocks to crush.

I just need 6 blocked hits with 66B to get a soul crush?
But I agree, it's not easy to get a soul crush with her, then again, she doesn't need to soul crush because the C3]B[ combo has that huge chance for a ring out anyway so she doesn't need to get many hits in and doesn't want to get blocked.

You are correct, it's 6 with 6,6B.

EDIT : Actually, I tried it 5 more times and it's 7.
But I'm getting different results depending the opponent (?) and if a piece of armor is broken, it seems that their gauge drains faster (which I wasn't aware of).
EDIT#2 : The opponent thingy was a mistake I did with a CAS. One piece of armor removed reduces the number of blocks required for each move by 2 (seems consistant on that). Two or three pieces of armor removed doesn't seem to decrease further the requeriment for a soul crush.

errrrr... no.

broken armor doesnt affect # of hits to SC. what youre noticing is a difference in how much gauge you start a match with (on the blue end of green) and how much youre left with when you reset after a SC (slightly on the yellow side of mid-green). and make sure that the test dummy is holding guard bc every time your guard is down (from guard break, knockdown, whatever) you regen some gauge.

And yes, the target dummy is set to block all. I rechecked the rest of the data and it's correct.

C2 A - 11

This one is really good to use if your opponent is teching up from the ground, it gives frame advantage on block so that you can charge a new C2 A and you'll have a C3 B ready. Most likely they'll start throwing out GI attempts at some point which is when you can wnd the match with C3 B. And if they don't, they're gonna get CF'd sooner or later.

Is there any way to know your current charge level other than counting? If I focus too much on the charges I mess up everything...

Some of these still sound off to me. 10 4A+Bs? I thought it drained just slightly less than 6B+K. Maybe I'm crazy or wasn't testing things right.
 
does anyone actually use soul crush online? personally if i wanna go for soul crush i use setsuka n throw out 66A till they break. of course thats against AI. i think soul crush is too difficult to achieve in SC4 anyway, especially since its supposed to stop turtling. it just takes waaaay to long.
 
Well...the threat of it when their bar is flashing is part of the mind game. They're going to try blocking less, so you can take advantage of it. You get few actual SCs, but because the possibility is present, people play more carefully when that bar is red.
 
Online I've only done a SC once.
Though I think if you would use yun you could get it more easily.

Most of teh time though when your enemy's soul gauge is flashing, they stop blocking=easy victory
