I'm inclined to agree with Belial.
His wake up game is pretty good, once he gets a knockdown he does become dangerous, but I'm pretty sure there are other members of the cast that do it better.
Speed is a bit of problem, seeing as his normal As and Bs are slower then most, although his stances are incredibly fast and he has some quick interrupts (3A, B6 and (FC)2A come to mind).
Strong moves you do get right though. It's nothing absurd, but enough to make a few mistakes or miscalucations hurt.
Course, none of that helps Mitu's main problem: safety.
