*disclaimer* i dont know the intricacies of the clash system so this data isnt 100% accurate, but its fairly accurate. if anything is/seems wrong, lemme know! THIS IS JUST SOMETHING WE CAN LOOK AT UNTIL SOMEONE POSTS REAL FRAME DATA!:D

i found out that 4B is close to neutral on hit at both close and tip range (ie. mina vs. mina... she gets a normal hit 4B, both minas do 4B and they clash, close and far) so the testing is the result of that.

basically after the normal hit 4B i just picked certain moves and put together a list of what beats what (i tried to avoid testing moves w/tech crouches/hops against moves that they avoid, also 8WR moves are a pain to test this way so this isnt the entire movelist).
