6B2 is -15 on block
3BB is -20 on block
2B is -8 on block
wsK is -12 on block

Good stuff.

Kilik's B data is worse than I expected. He does seem to have better knockback than in SC3, but this does show me that I have to be more careful against the Alexandra sisters.

For all moves against male characters add 1 frame. Most don't even notice this frame as it goes by so quickly, but he actually takes an extra frame, mid move, to kiss any male character he fights! :P

I've been editing Kilik's frame data in the Wiki (bored at work, haha) but...

What do the values after D mean? H, B, and C are easy enough to figure out but, hit, block, CH, and... ???

D means downed opponent.
So 2B D -2 means that when 2B hits grounded you're at -2.

Since I only use it against those who are BP B-Stephappy.
