This has been something I wanted to do for a while and finally I started working on it and now I'm finished.
Stuff that's made this possible: Whiffing a or move with one direction that hits once almost always gives 1/60 meter. This also happens to be the lowest amount of meter you can gain. So 1 brave edge equals 60 "meter"
After finding that key information I could create a information chart for all moves Ivy has.
-Hitting people against a wall, taunting and using meter doesn't give you meter.
-Clean hits and Counter hits don't alter your meter gain unless the CH adds a extra hit to your attack.

(*) The move 4A+B is glitchy. When all three hits hit fast enough the game thinks 1 of the three whiffed and gives you 7 (3+3+1) instead of 9 (3+3+3). This causes every move that starts with 4A+B almost impossible to calculate.
This list misses some moves.

I can't get these moves. (Not being able to use 22_88_Bh~BBBBB is crippling my game :S) So If someone can do these moves, help out so I can add them to the list. (Tip, use 22_88A to fill the meter as this is 10 and use whiffed 3B to fill it up completly which is 1)

- All moves that give 1 meter will not be listed, save me a lot of work.
- When a move is blocked you ALWAYS get twice the amount of meter that you would gain if it whiffed. B+K is a exception, more about that later on.
- When your move it Just Guarded you still gain meter equal to a whiff
- Whiffing a throw does not give you meter.
