Thank you all for voting, although winning feels like more of a bonus considering the amount of great entries for this. As has been said before the quality has been through the roof across the board. A great yet at the same time worrying sign of things to come.

Lets see... Cutabella [Rogue Elf]
She hails from the small elvish town of Unamdia. She's the right hand woman of the leader of Roggae, a group of mercenary rogues. She's serious and strong despite her young age. She's nice and lovely despite her seriousness and strength.
She's quite skilled with the bow and knives as well as being good at doing any acrobatic maneuver. Her special move is the somersault triple fire arrows.
(This should do, right?).

I think the theme this time is the most easy and the most hard at the same hard. Easy because...well, most of my characters (and pretty sure other users feels the same way) are basically concieved as rpg party members. So doing 1, or 2 or 20 or 200 more makes not difference.
Hard because with so much posibilities is difficult to pick only one.
Name: Rkar is the most accurate we could find in the common language, but you actually would need a bifid tongue to pronounce it correctly
Species: Argonian, Atlanteans, water tribe, fish folk, they have lot of names, but they refers to themselves as "offspring of the dragon"
Class: Paladin
Alignment: Lawful good
Personalty: Disciplined, Loyal but distruts humans (so...you know, no sacking villages or elven slavery with him in the party if you don't want to be backstabed in the name of justice).
Likes: The Queen, his family, his men, his people
Dislikes: You
Strenghs: Water, Poison
Weakness: Lightning
Attacks:
-Water Slash
-Shield ram

Many congratulations, Fliptop! A very well-deserved win, I have to say; and, if I might add, it's actually a bit surreal to have not only the person I put my vote for win, but to have him vote for me in turn through a veritable bouquet of excellent designs, and to follow up with us both winning a separate part of the contest. I'm both honored and a bit befuddled. Either way, it has certainly made a (very) stressful set of days more tolerable. Much thanks to all those who've voted for me, those who really stepped it up this round and entered such great designs, and of course Le Bello for orchestrating this madness. I entered her human form in my own contest, but now I'm entering her true form. It' s only coincidence that Mistakoo and I happen to have elves....except mine is half human.

Likes: Messing with people, stealing anything, money, attractive men, napping.
Dislikes: When things don't go her way.
Relationships: She travels alone and is wanted for being a thief.
Gist: Sabine is a child of a princess elf that had an affair with a male human. They were forbidden to be together as the higher-up elves thought of humans as inferior beings. As a result, the child that is Sabine was banned from the the elven home she came from and the elf princess watched as the love of her life that was the male human, be executed. The princess elf was then forced to partake in an arranged royal marriage. And the princess lived her miserable life rolling with this for now. The child that is Sabine, grows up as an orphan unaware of this past however.
Sabine steals to live as she decides to travel wherever she pleases. As she goes off and does this, she gets intrigued of tales and rumors of Soul Edge's destruction and it's function. She then decides to travel to find anything pertaining to Soul Edge out of curiosity. But what will happen when she does encounter something pertaining to Soul Edge?
Weapon styles she wields: Leixia, Raphael, Natsu, Viola
Adding RPG stuff....
Class: Rogue. But to be specific, thief.
What she has:
-Good to disrupt as a thief
-Immune to Light, Water, Wind, Earth, and Leaf elemental attacks
-Fast, speedy, and fairly strong
What she lacks:
-Very weak to Fire and Dark elemental attacks
-Easily walled if you can withstand her attacks
-Somewhat frail
Attacks:
-Slash and steal(Attacks and steals a random item from opponent)
-Sucker attack(Always attacks first when opponent is readying an attack. It fails if the opponent is using a support move however.)
-Fatal blows(Best attack. Slices and dices with whatever weapon. Best used with light weapons for maximum damage.)
Healing:
Unable to heal herself or allies
Support:
-Boost speed and attack(can use on self or ally)
-Taunt(opponents will temporarily fight her and no one else)
Finishing move:
Whirling edge(Creates a giant tornado, hurls it at the opponent. She then finishes her opponent up with her signature attack "Fatal Blow" as the opponent is stuck in the tornado.)
