* Changed rules for ghost placement in Scavenge Mode

* Fixed a case where an incapped survivor inside a rescue vehicle would trigger both the escape sequence and a round restart
* Fixed the helping hand from getting stuck when extended
That's been around since L4D1. It's just more common now. Melee-ing them on the lower left side causes it, so try not to do that.Hunter occasionally barrel rolls (new animation) when shoved from a survivor(previously only existed for AI?) he can pounce immediately after.
It's been like that on the PC since the game launched. Not sure why 360 and PC handled scoring differently. Must have been a very late change.Infected Team's Incap bonus is now gone, team with most infected damage now used as a tie breaker and is awarded 25pts.
