Looking for 2D animators for Fighting Game

In the process of making a 2D fighting game called "LONEWOLF: BRAWL AT KNOX HIGH".

I am looking for 2-3 animators that are willing to do 200-300 frames of animation for a character.
Must be able to work within reasonable deadlines.
Must be able to take instructions and be willing to edit artwork.
Must be able to have similar art/animation style of this:

The first 2 characters almost have all the basic moves done! There will be 8 playable characters + 1 boss. In the first version of the game! For more info you can watch our interview here (STARTS AT 7:30):

I don't have time to be workin with amateurs who don't know shit about the industry and just tryin to
dive head first. I respect the drive tho, so I'm gonna say:

quick question before we go further,
how much of animation do you actually know?

also, since we're talkin hand drawn, are we going by two's or ones?
