I need help on this matchup. Ivy seems to beat Raph at any range, she has good horizontals, and damaging up close options. Should I try to space or is it better to go agressive on close range? Also, does Ivy have good anti-prep options?

Every one has good anti prep options.
She's not that bad actually. Yes she is strong at all ranges but Raph's 236B pretty strong against her. The best way to fight her is to keep moving in a circle, zoning her to avoid her Calamity Symphony, CE throw, and other pressuring moves. Her super long range moves can easily be reacted to, sidestepped, blocked, etc. and then punished with 236B.
If she gets close, be patient and cautious while attacking like you usually do. She can shut down your verticals with her 214B and 3B. 2A works for these. You can 6BB/CE block punish 214B. A JG for 214B gives a free 236B while 3B is -19 on JG.
PS: Like Bojack said, everybody has options against Prep, some with very threatening options actually. However, you can and should utilize Prep against all characters except another Raph. Prep, as youngfox has generously told us, is a mixup and conditioning tool crucial to effective Raphael play. The main goal of Prep is to immediately enter SE safely for godly moves besides combos such as 4B Prep BBB and 3B Prep BB/AB. Use your Prep options and even feign Prep entry if your opponents challenge your SE entry. Basically make your opponents think and hesitate when you enter Prep.
