Is 66B worthless as a starter?
The FAQ I ripped it from doesn't seem to be truly comprehensive. Missing some simple stuff like Ivy 22B → 6B8 as well.

Added what I found for 66B from some brief messing around in training. If anyone knows something better please share.
 
Maxi's B+KBBBA input data:
B+K > B(26th-34th) > B(55th-61st) > B(74th-78th) > A(89th-92nd)
B+K > B(9 frames) > B(7 frames) > B(5 frames) > A(4 frames)

You can try to find the latest input window for each part first, and then you will know roughly where those input windows are.
