From what I know properties didn't change, it'll still whiff if it is a side/back hit for LI K, then A+Bg RC A will whiff
I duno if that is the reason it whiffs (side/back) but I feel whenever I need it to work it never does. Essentially its gotten to the point for me that when I do try it, it fails the majority of the time causing me to RC A B nothing and usually get punished.
On a side note... I've been experiencing something really weird lately.
I think my string was.... 44B RO B RC AB (BE) LI A(BE)
I've had opponents block around the middle of my string somehow. I think it was like between RC A...B
I don't recall exactly when but it happened last night twice. I don't think I was delaying my inputs at all either so that shouldn't of been an issue.

Erm, my input for RC AB is directly after A+Bg no delays, since LI K guarantees the whole set

CH22_88A, LI K, 3A, LI A/LI A BE doesn't seem to work

But

LI K, 3A, LI A/LI A BE does work for 74dmg/90dmg

It seems Maxi has to hit the LI K at close range so the 3A will hit at tip range for the LI A/LI A BE to connect.

I call these the DIEYOUORBFLINGINGBITCH! Combos because they only work under certain conditions that Viola puts you in. Her BBB (Orb Recall version) pushes you away too far for a 6A+B to connect, however 6A+B BE will connect but you will get hit by the orb which allows for the following combos. If you aren't real close to her when she does BBB you will completely dodge the orb with 6A+B BE so keep that in mind.

All combo damage is without clean hits so you can do a bit more if luck is on your side.

6A+B BE, AA 57dmg. Pretty good damage alternative if you think you will dodge completely and get LI A.
6A+B BE, BB 43dmg
6A+B BE, 1K/2B 46dmg
6A+B BE, 2A 42dmg
6A+B BE, 3K 48dmg
6A+B BE, 3B 49dmg
6A+B BE, 4B, LO BK 87dmg
6A+B BE, A+B 63dmg
6A+B BE, A+Bg, RC AB 73dmg
6A+B BE, A+Bg, RC B 67dmg
6A+B BE, 6A+B 66dmg
6A+B BE, 66B+K 61dmg

Now on to the reason for the title of these combos (evil laugh)

6A+B BE, 4B, LO BK, W!, 2KB 107dmg Sometimes Maxi turns around and stomps behind him.
6A+B BE, 4B, LO BK, W!, A+B 111dmg
6A+B BE, 4B, LO BK, W!, A+B, W!, 2KB 127dmg
6A+B BE, 4B, LO BK, W!, A+Bg, RC AB 119dmg If her back is still next to a wall the push back will give great grab opportunity.
6A+B BE, 4B, LO BK, W!, 66B+K 104dmg


6A+B BE, A+B, W!, 4B, LO B, RC AB 103dmg
6A+B BE, A+B, W!, 4B, LO BK, W!, 2KB 120

*Also be aware that since 6A+B BE has the same stun a 6A+B/RC A(B) they will just get pushed back really far instead of falling over. This also means no LIA/LI A BE endings. 6A+B does more damage then 6A+B BE so it shouldn't be used anywhere but the beginning.

When I go to practice mode and set Viola to do BBB, Maxi's 6A+B BE doesn't trade with her orb, but 6A+B does. How are you making her orb to trade with Max's 6A+B BE? Do I need to delay it or something?

I do it as soon as I'm through with the pushback from her second B Strike. If you are about a full characters length away when the second B strike is blocked you dodge the orb completely and land 6A+B BE regularly.

6A+B has never traded with the recall for me. I always fall short of hitting her then get hit by the orb recall and 3B follow up into combos from Viola, which is a bad thing.

Edit: On a completely unrelated note I hope Maxi players are whiff punishing with 66B, PSL2, BL K BE. It does more damage then The LI A/LI A BE ending. It is guaranteed even if they play dead. BL K BE catches all techs for even more damage.

PSL2, BL K BE can work after a CH LI B or fully charged LI B as a combo when they play dead or roll and a tech trap if they decide to do one.

You are right. 6A+B doesn't trade. The attack comes out, but the orb hits Maxi and his attack never reaches Viola.

Also, you are absolutely right about 66B into BL K BE. I tested it yesterday, and, somehow, didn't really matter, but now that you mention it, it really matters.

I also want to make note that when you land 66B and LI A is out of range (it happens), LO B advances forward a bit and tech catches all directions (but the damage is crap, of course).

This is lol worthy and probably hard to duplicate but RO A, BT B+K is a combo. Obviously your opponent has to be behind you. I can't tell what the damage was as it happened during a fight.

This was a cool ass combo I did earlier and I want to put it out there before I go to sleep and forget it.

CH 6A, RO AK, W!, 3B, high W!, 22A, LI K, 6A+B BE, LI A.

I will tinker around with this easy high W! later.

hmm didnt know about this one normally i would notice i was out of range and just PSL2 to BL and Guard cancel.

Pretty sure you landed some kind of this combo on me last night. That shit needs to be thrown up here like now!
yeah i did that combo i did on you was supposed to resplat you and end with 212dmg XD i got it up on my Mac now gonna start editing today.

Now that I'm home and tinkered with it a bit I will be interested in seeing if you came up with the same stuff I did. I came up with a near full life tech trap off of one combo.

I will post the coolest looking one I came up with for now.
