Reccommended Style : Mitsurugi

Here's the list of equipment needed. Asterisk (*) denotes DLC

Head : Nightmare Helm Misery* (Most important piece, duh) - Red for the main part, maybe purple for the lines decorating the helmet

Neck : N/A

Upper Body : Usurper - Primary part is Red, the circular thing can be Yellow/Orange.

Arms : Ryukyu Gauntlets - Red

Lower Body : Usurper's Fraud (Cant seem to find a more suitable substitute) - Make the silver portion more white

Ankle : Bandages

Legs : (I'm not too sure, I think it was Ashigaru Greaves) - Red

Undergarments : Usurper's Suit - All colours should be a dark purple.

Anyways, there's a few nitpicks on your Zero custom which I could help you with since I like him. But, it's all dogmatic changes of mine lol.

I'd suggest this look instead. I'll post a pic to show it visually later.

Edit: Here it is.

It's not much but here's the problems. He should be slender so make sure he's -50 for both physique and muscularity. Although the pic you made yours off of shows he has dark purple, but it's actually just black. Reason is because if you stand in different lighting, a certain color will fool ya. As for weapons, face and all? I'll leave that up to you lol. In any case, I hope I helped. If not, feel free to tinker it to your liking.

Good job done Pocky! I must say I'm impressed.

However I prefer the Usurper's Suit to Chain Mail as well...Zero himself does not wear Chain Mail. Usurper's suit makes it feel more like a natural bodysuit.

And the lack of a lower body equip just makes him, well, look a bit odd in my opinion - So I added the Usurper's Fraud for a more solid feel.
 
It's particularly hard, to make Zero imho. Thus I sometimes end up genderbending because certain equipment aren't available. In any case, why not check out my two threads of fashion? They're simple but they have some humor.
