Are we allowed to change the BGM we listen to when we choose the stage? I would rather not play with the set music for that particular stage (mostly wants to hear Venice Rooftops on every stage).

When selecting a stage, go to the stage you want to play on. Then, press up or down on your control pad. You'll notice that the stage's music will change. Just scroll to your favorite theme, and voila!
