If you need a royal judge, Pocky Yoshi shall give his opinion as neutral as he can. And I have pretty good judgement on what looks like "This is awesome" to "It's nice but....." Competition always brings the best out of all of us. Because we're always feeding off another for ideas. Thus, we get encouragement.
If I were to put a tier list, Gatsu and Matty82 would be top. It's already enough that I'm always wowed by them. I like them both equally since they both have amazing potential that should never be overlooked. Basically PS should hire them imho. That's how great they are. Sure they make some mistakes as I spotted, but they're only minor ones out of simple trial and error.
But as much as I favor them a lot, there's also other talent I can't ignore. Fliptop, chobek, rdmunhoz, ThePascuzzi, Vilarcane, Leona, yosharioll, LordDraco3, Mistakoo, Noregrets, and Samaras_Madness. Quite frankly, even Gatsu and Matty82 visit certain threads that wow them.
Pocky Yoshi rule: If you can intrigue Pocky Yoshi, you have my attention. If you don't have it, keep sharing and eventually you will have it. The minute you stop is the minute you forfeit your ability.
Basic rule: If you get a response and/or critique of your CAS, you're doing fine. Just keep on sharing.
Awesome rule: If you intrigue someone who isn't into CAS and/or good CAS artist into liking it, you're doing great. I've seen a few peeps who have done that.
