It's been a while since I last posted here. I need people who play regularly to well... play regularly with.

Also, after a couple months of not playing, I've come back, and I am a bit behind. I still win most of my online matches, but I'm losing more. I think it has to do with the fact that I dropped Rugi as my main, and focused solely on Patroklos. I'm not quite as good with Pat, but he's my favorite character next to Mitsurugi, but playing him doesn't make me feel dirty. I'm just rambling, but yeah, I'm most effective with Rugi, but I want to be a great Patroklos player. Somebody help me with this, and shape me into the greatest Pat the FGC has ever known, kay?

I can't exactly give you "tips" but I'll play you in some matches and tell you about habits or anything I saw that hampered your play against me if you have XBL.

More than training partners, you're going to need to significantly change your attitude if you hope to get any better at anything.

Does that seem at all familiar?

My opinion on ring outs will never change. But that's nothing to do with anything.

Then until you change your attitude about it. Theres no point in having anyone train you, or even have you continue to play for that matter. Ring outs are a part of the game. Until you accept that, your just gonna be a pissy little whiner, so why bother?

Cause 99.99999% of the time......you were set up for that RO in the first place, and ITS YOUR OWN FAULT IT HAPPENED.

My opinion on ring outs will never change. But that's nothing to do with anything.

If you can't accept ring outs being perfectly valid tactics you need to stop playing. NOW. As long as you keep making excuses like that, you're only going to get worse. Every loss is the fault of the person that lost. If you can't accept that responsibility, you shouldn't be playing games that are of a competitive nature. No amount of training can repair your bad attitude, so you're basically wasting your time. Either suck it up and get better or get lost.

And to make it clear, this is being very very nice to you. Being mean to you would be telling you otherwise.

I don't need someone to train me, I'm already good at this game. I need someone to play with regularly. Every game has its issues, and ring outs are a big issue in Soul Calibur. Asking for a perfect game is silly.

You're coming in here and telling us that it's *US* that we are playing the game wrong rather than admitting to fault yourself. And that seemed like a good idea because...?
You're mistaken, because this entire post is incorrect

"Hey guys, can I have someone to play with?"

"Don't come here and tell us how to play! ROARRRRRR!"

You want to improve, right? The first step is admitting to yourself that you are imperfect. Everyone that improves does this, or else they hit a wall and cease all improvement due to looking for excuses and other bullshit that holds them back. As long as you have issue with something as significant about the game as ring outs, you're wasting your time as much as everyone else's. No one can help you improve if you refuse to face the fact that you're imperfect and that your excuses for losses are all bullshit.
