Negative Frames after moving.

I remember that when you do a backdash (44) you end in -20 frames... now does anyone knows or remember the the recovery frames after a side step or quick step? or the negative frames after doing those (if its not the same). Its the same as backdash?

Well, when you input 44, you aren't doing a true backdash. 44 cancels your backdash into backwalk/another backstep. 45 or tap 4 is how you take a big -20 backstep. As for sidestep, I'm half certain it is roughly the same negative frames if not the same
