Ive watched at lot of SCV vids and 2 streams, but havent got a good look at the netcode in action, how is the netcode for SCV? I hope it isnt as terrible as KoF 13, that game was unplayable online.

I've heard it's good, but you never know what that means until you experience it yourself. I'd be interested in some feedback too, especially if someone can confirm whether both versions, xbl and psn, are equally good.

It is much more playable than 4. I'll give it that much right now.
Frankly, the only online I can think of that's better than 5 right now is Blazblue in terms of netcode. No lie, having a good online is a godsend right now. Hella fun.
