New to SC + Controller Question

Hello hello all!

I decided I want to get into Soul Calibur 5 and legit learn it. I come from a background in Dead or Alive 2(U)/3/4 and SC2, so I think the transition should be pretty seemless.

I have a question regarding controllers though! Myself and my friend are both buying the game. I have X360. He has PS3. Is there a good adapter for using our respective controllers on each others systems with minimal lag?

Is there an adapter that has both conversions built into it so we only need to buy one, and not two?

Idle's been touting a product that works quite well for PS to 360 conversion. But I can't seem to get the thing to turn up. I'll send him a nod about this thread, he might be able to help you out.

And not quite. While it looks like a good controller, it sounds like it only hooks up to one system. I need a way to convert our current controllers to each others systems.
 
If you go to gamestop.com you can find a wired ps3 pad that is very similar to 360 pad, I think it was called ps3 afterglow. (ya it glows) Because its wired you can also use it in tournaments. Where I am the tournaments are usually on ps3's and I play 360, so I'll be picking one up. Most ppl use sticks it seems, but I prefer pads.
