I should go find the vids of Junior's Amy beating RTD's Algol. Or for an example of more normal players, my match against Earl's Algol. I think you even said it man, after the first round or so, I didn't eat a single bubble outside of combos. And a lot of the reason for it being so close wasn't bubble shield, it was me failing to punish 11a properly.

Is it annoying when a bubble comes off a wall from like 15 seconds ago and launches you? Yeah, but it's more annoying to make one mistake and lose an entire round to Hilde long combo. She'll kill this game long before Algol does. At least if you fuck up against Algol, you don't automatically lose that round.

Either way if a patch doesn't come soon, the game is gonna die off. It might die even with a patch, if Namco goes overboard with the changes.
 
FRIDAY PLANS: Pacha!

I have spoken to the Grand Poobah Serge, and these are our plans. If you have any issues, PM him. I am just the enabler.

We're meeting up for going to Biddy's at 9. We're going from Biddy's to Pacha at 10, which should get us on the line by 10:30, 10:45 the latest. My passes expire at midnight. If you're not gonna meet up with us beforehand and still want to come along to Pacha you need to put your name in on the guest list at www.pachanyc.com, and I think that ends at midnight too.

Don't wear work boots, wear a collared shirt if possible. Come correct. ATM fee is $8 in there so get money BEFOREHAND. Coat check is rape. Buy me drinks.
