The online tournament restricts only by top 25%. Rounded down, by the way. So:
Less than 8: Only winner is barred from entrance.
8-11: Top 2.
12-15: Top 3.
16-23: Top 4.
We skip the top 5 segment because top 5 isn't a thing. Odd numbered tops aren't a thing, really.
24-31: Top 6.
32-63: Top 8.
No online tournament has ever been that big, by the way.
So yeah, you could enter this one, Seran, as long as you don't win that one. :P
