I've always been fascinated with the console-exclusive unlockable 3rd costumes in SC2, because I liked them in the first place, but it wasn't until years later that I found out that a couple of them represented cameos from other Namco characters, most of whom are little-known outside of Japan. I haven't identified all of them, though. Maybe somebody else has some rare knowledge on the subject?
Sophitia dresses as Ki, from the Druaga series.
Cassandra is Valkyrie from The Legend of Valkyrie.
And of course, everyone knows that Nightmare appeared as himself: Siegfried, circa Soul Edge.
