If you had to pick one of the SCV Alexandra siblings to keep on the roster, who would stay and who would go? Why?

If I haven't been fairly obvious for the past year or so, I'd keep Pyrrha for sword+shield variety and non-convoluted story and character development potential. Patroklos goes for not having any interesting or redeeming qualities as a "hero" and his main style (iaido sword) was wasted on him when it originally belonged to a relatively recent addition to the cast who has no reason not to still be around.

What about you guys?

I wouldn´t be mad if both stay, but I really need Pyrrha, so I pick her

To be honest, is because she is my main in SC5, we fought a lot of battles and we are used to see each other everyday.

Also, as character she really is something, so cute, sweet, beautiful, is just amazing, you can´t find that in any woman, she´s special and unique.

That´s why I´m very happy to see her in Lost Swords, good to see they still go with her.
 
Hmm... Well the way I see it is like this.

Patroklos - While his battle stance still annoys me a bit, he was pretty fun and addicting to play in my opinion. It took a little while to adjust since he is a bit more slower paced but once you find a middle ground, he is quite fun to play. I just don't care for him as a character in terms of personality but then again, I'm just not a big fan of cocky, stupid, ignorant type characters. That's one of the reasons why I disliked story mode so much since you had to follow his practically the whole game. (yeah yeah, I know he learned his lesson lol).

Pyrrha - Like Patroklos, she can be fun to play as because she felt like Sophitia a little bit (which was good for me lol) but when it came to CAS characters, her style was just too unappealing to look at, especially her win/lose animations. Anyway, while I hate how she whines with a lot of her moves, I can't hate her as a character because she's so nice and sweet and I like people who are nice. That's why I can't dislike her and I'm hoping they toughen her up.

I wouldn't mind if they kept both but I'd probably lean more towards Pyrrha since I have a feeling Sophitia won't be coming back in VI. All I suggest is they really toughen her up. Don't get rid of her niceness but just don't make her too much of a crybaby. It sounds mean I know but part of this stems from how i don't like cookie-cutter anime cliche'd characters and that was the problbem I had with the new cast.

If they decided to keep Patroklos, I'd like it if he kept his sword+shield style. I just don't like how they spawned the Iado sword for him. Yeah, I know Setsuka teaches him it but I just can't help but not take it seriously. His sword/shield style was very refined and fleshed for him and it'd be a waste to throw it away. I really wish they let Setsuka have her own apprentice like the girl from her ending in SCIIi or something. I had a feeling that they wouldn't bring her back so I was hoping she would have passed her style down to a new young lady as I liked the concept of the umbrella/sword.

If they really wanted to go for a normal long sword, they really should have included Salia to represent the style I think but that's another topic. xD
 
Omg I thought this was a who you like better thing and voted for Pyrrha but then I read the first post. Whoops lol. But I'd rather change Pyrrha even more and keep both Patroklos and Pyrrha. Patroklos is original enough. Pyrrha is too much like Sophitia.
