Hmmm...it appears that I need some antagonistic looking characters. This gives me an idea for a contest. Or not.

A "new" character. Well to be more exact, re-imagined. I have a backstory that was inspired by a Cas contest around here asking for a super hero. Hopefully the items can help me make her regular form.

Okay now I have the real identity of phantom (it's a reimagined version of an old character). I also have a background for her (it's really sad). Hopefully I won't be too lazy too type it.
