PSN Error 80130504

I have been getting this PSN error lately 80130504. About every hour it will dc me and sign me back in right after. Kind of annoying tried googling couldn't really find anything. tried rebooting modem leaving it unplugged for a few minutes and still nothing.

ya i'm on a wired connection
it started i think back in september with that update i think . i've tried reconfiguring the connection but still happens even while watching netflix or being idle
 
i had that issue a few months back. turned out there was a family of mice in my attic, happily eating away my cable line.
