I have a question with Talim frames, Rising Barawa defense gives me -22, Rising Wind Sault Barawa ~ gives me +17 defense, the question is giving me more advantage when using wind sault if the attack is the same

postscript: + frames is advantage or disadvantage?

You need to use notation or we don't understand what moves your talking about, because we generally don't use move names to describe things here, its confusing.

-22 means you cant block for 22 frames after
+17 means you act 17 frames faster that the opponent.

- is disadvantage
+ is advantage

He's talking about the stance transition off of FC 3BB Idle.

Argorok, the -22 and +17 are recovery in relation to your opponent. Because the attack is the same, the opponent's blockstun will be the same, but talim's recovery will be different because she goes into stance. Here her transition afterwards makes her recover much faster than when she doesn't transition and this is why you get different +/- on block.

thanks for the explanation of movement and to explain and understand an attack
