Quick Match Characters

Hi all, not sure if there was a better thread / forum for this (perhaps this is more casual?) but I didn’t see anywhere else to talk about Quick Match mode. I only played this a short while last night, but it looks fun as far as random challenge 1p modes go.

Post any character sightings, complaints, whatever here. If a character was your submission, claim it!

I’ve seen CPU Woahzz (spelling?).

I also had a very painful time going up against a B1-level CPU Astaroth called “Th3mAsTarOth” (spelling?). They made Asty terrifying in this game! So many throw/mid/low mixups with huge damage and speed... shudder.

gabe, tehmasteroth (sp?) was an OG astaroth player on XBL from toronto iirc. i used to play w/ him and oof regularly when i was on XBL. it is so freaking awesome that namco gave us all these personal shoutouts. i got the game and headed to a friend's house for a party and was playing quickplay by myself and i squealed like a woman when i came across Lobo and told the whole room "OMG THAT IS MEEEEEEEEEE". of course they all thought i was insane, but i knew. i knew.

Are all the quickplay characters ridiculous? or are there some more "serious" ones? Also can the game use characters you created/edited as opponents?? cause I am sure I saw some edited default chars in some video

When you guys create a character, is it automatically submitted to be in quick match mode? Can you fight your own creations in quick match?

You have to complete story mode first. >.>

Lolo's quick match is hilarious. My Yoshi perfected him three rounds and he didn't play anything like the Yoshi god. If it were in any way accurate it would have easily been the opposite result.
