So... It's a bidet then? They're not that unusual actually. Though they can ding you in the balls, so I have a bias against them. That's probably not a big concern for you though, lol.

Though you said it was expensive... Is it some kind of Japanese Transformer future toilet with a name like "Septicon" or "Powerflush"?

It has a handsfree, electronic bidet on the toilet. hell you can even adjust where the water shoots and it's temperature.
