I like the small details and tells people give their characters. Ripped clothes could indicate some sort of struggle, hoods suggest secrecy, horns (provided they're used as such) could be a trophy of some kind, etc. It gives the imagination something to run with and hints at the story behind them. It can be subtle or obvious but the overall effect of creating a story (simple or complex) is worth more than any amount of stickers, patterns or special equipment in my opinion, if that makes sense (it's late and my brain is grinding to a halt). It's something you do very well indeed. Also at the end of the day you've clearly put a lot of thought into these, so if I see something small I think is significant and has been placed deliberately, I will point it out. I'll obviously miss some but the ones I do see, I will acknowledge.

Kazakage (means "wind's shadow" ) – Japanese

well, that was born from my desire to create a ninja who uses a fan as a weapon
my suggestion for those who want to do it, is use the Natsu’s style not only by the fight position, but mainly because the attack with his left hand is very fast and we don't see the dagger, so it seems that are actually the attack was applied with the fan

Carvaggio's got nice fur details and I like single the but brutal looking scar under his mask. I'm guessing that's where he got shot. Most unpleasant. In a cool way.

I really liked how you differentiated the Atlantians, giving the ruler more robes and bigger armour whereas the son is lighter and more nimble looking. The different style using similar weapons also adds to this since Hilde's is less mobile compared to Xiba's. Very nice touch.

exactly my intention, I never write bio of my characters because I really don't think that I know to do this well
but, I imagined a pirate who got shot in a battle and miraculously did not die... but lost the memory of who he was (but not the ability to fight) and the Italian Navy knew how advantage of this

That Atlantis is fuckin' awesome! :O Like father like son.. both are creatures who live in an underworld. Hm.. i smell an underworld kingdom here.. with the father as the king. lol
 
the last two are not my thing (too classic or a bit overloaded)...but the atlante is nice, and you know i have three CAS of yours i find extremely cool...which is a pretty rare for me
 
Amazing! I'm starting to realize how far behind I am as far as producing characters regularly. Kazakage's fan is a stroke of brilliance. It remainds me of the SC3 CAS diciplines I miss (Steel Fan, and particularly the Dancer style). I propse a petition damn it!
