I don't know what she looks like from the back so I just tried to make it visually balanced. Also, you can't change the yellow on the chest equipment, unfortunately. It was the only one that was close, though.

Fitzy: The reason I used the white thick eyebrows was to emulate the weird angular shape to her brow. I could easily be taken off though.

Creation Notes:
Goggles on head with nurse's cap. Scroll and gun SpecEq. Giant number 1 on wristbands. Zipper sticker placed by view on chest for leather strap. Star sticker on chest for white shirt and green pocket sticker to extend tube top. Black, green, and yellow pocket stickers on tube top with maxed gradient pattern (for white top and green below).

So that's a bottle gourd you used for the chin? I'd like to ask what color code you used to get that skin tone. I tried finding it at one point but couldn't find the right combo.
 
Yeah, that's the bottle gourd. I really should have posted the formula for that, sorry NamcoFan.

Anyway the the formula for the chin is:
Gourd: Head: -48.2.-13,-26,0,0,90,0
Color1: (Basic 1): S: about 1/3 from L. A: rotate so the stripes are vertical.
CA:4,5,6. CB: 4,4,12. CC: 4,5,13.

Then, go to Color-All and input: 5,5,3. This is so that the shine on the gourd matches the skin.

Le_Bello: I tried, but all the parts that match the picture clash with the hood cape, despite there being no conflicts with the rococo skirt, which clips like mad :/

Nyte: I don't have any of the denim stuff, sorry.
