Sorry. The only time I use this move is against Setsuka as you can get a free crouch throw. Doing the JFs on block pushes them really far out, which doesn't give you much mix-up power.
It's not unlike Asta's 214A in that if you hold a direction after you first input the move, you move in that direction. The longer you hold it down the farther you go. It puts you close enough on block for a legitimate mixup, unless I'm missing something here.
