Something interesting about tech traps in this game is that if the move that you knocked them down with was a move that stunned, the properties will carry over to the move you tech trap them with.

Compare and contrast 22A into B against SSH B into 6(B). 22A just gives a knockdown, so the B after it does not combo into the second hit of BB. But in the case of SSH B, because that move stuns, 6(B) gives the counter hit stun and allows you to finish the full combo. Thus, moves that stun should generally have a higher potential to give out big damage when guessing correctly on your tech traps.
 
44(B)~SBH B still tech traps all. The delay is shorter than in previous games.
SBH K - 4B tech traps FBR (just on its own, e.g. after SBH aGI)
