With me and Synraii it's playable but barely, kind of shitty so we don't play often which is a shame as we would have great matches offline or even just with a better connection. X has some pretty BS lows. I don't know which inputs go with what always but looking at her move list, I can say 2A+K is nonsense (i40) and the mixup on its followups I can't be sure but from seeing the animation i would bet money its reactable offline. In fact anytime she has the option between a low and a mid at the end of a string I would bet its reactable. Also too she can get into stance a million times more safely online, as she has many strings where you have the option to either add another hit or go into stance.
I do have to add the disclaimer that I haven't played a good X offline.
