Hello guys, i just want to share some of the chars i´ve made on this creation mode, its way too addicting, the only thing i hate about it is that once the char gets the armor broken, it looks plain, so i try my best to give them some personality even underneth the clothes

any tips or advise will be welcome

After watching the Avengers movie i felt the need to build Loki and Tony Stark (the dont really look like in the movie but i still like them )

I really love good old Saint Seiya, and back in the day a friend of mine made a recolor of Siegfried and made him look like Camus the Aquarius gold saint, so i decided to remake something like that...

There was this one time i was just joking around and this is what came out, i didnt know how to name her so i just put "robo girl"

I decided i wanted a Goth Girl, but not the tipical look of Amy Lee or Tarja Turunen, so tried to go a little more realistic or more comfortable to wear (because in this country México the goths wear their black coats even in the middle of summer under a sunny sky with the weather near 40° celcius)

I named her Hela

so i like armors and all but not TOO BULKY armors, so i wanted a guy with a look-like armor suit, not too bulky and lighter (i just love 2p Patroklos Armor boots)

you have very nice creations and using textures is beautifully explored... I loved your idea for the tony stark
I like HIM very much so of course I liked that creation, is that it would be possible to make a heartagram? I don't think so, but I'll try
have a 666 in your heart
 
thanks, i tried HARD to make a heartagram but failed, so i decided to just put the interior sleeveless shirt because recreating all the tattoos he has is next to impossible (they all coul be made but holy damn not all at once)
currently the only tattoo i put on him is the one that covers his entire left arm, the rose thorns
 
yeah, when i finished robo girl i was like "the f--k did i just build" i guess going all spontaneous sometimes is better than make plans and blueprints XD
 
The Good: You show a lot of promise! Use of patterns, stickers, special parts looks great (albeit only towards the end). The last 3-4 look really nice. Skillfully made, nice use of color, etc.

The Bad:
There's tons of them out there, and yours feels like it's part of the bottom of the barrel. His jacket stickers look awkward and messy, his pants don't have a pattern to them, gloves aren't the right color or style (they don't cover the wrists--this CAN be achieved with stickers, though I've never seen anyone do it), his shirt looks awkward with the lines not looking right, and it also makes him look very bulky (maybe using an undergarment instead of a mid torso item? This may also look strange, but perhaps making him as thin as possible will cut down on the bulk too), and he doesn't have a scarf if any kind (I realize you used the amulet instead--I'm not certain there is a good scarf for him to use, but possibly special items?). While his style makes sense, the choice of actual weapon seems...strange? That handle and curve of the blade don't feel like they fit his Yamato. Also, complete lack of special equipment (maybe use it to make his hair look better?)

The Ugly: Where's Loki's helmet? I would consider it possibly the most interesting part of him to recreate :(
Camus' colors also look way strange. I would think his armor should all be one color, but with 5 different colors in it, it looks really awkward, especially when mixed with the purple hair, blue shirt, grey pants, white and red sash (I think?), and red scarf... Way too many colors that just don't mix well.

The Etc: HIM=lol. While his design is a simple/plain one, making musicians can be fun and I fully approve. If you can't make the exact heartogram, maybe putting a heart inside an upside-down star symbol anyways to get the point across? You could even make a star outline by placing one of one color, then another inside it that uses the coat's color.
You tempt me to make Axl Rose...
 
You have some really soild stuff here. It's funny sometimes how you can go into a CAS with a certain idea... but then it comes out nothing like what you had planned (^_^). I think that's why I liked robo girl, no plan, just fun, and she turned out great!
 
The last character seems to be missing a red color on the top. It seems slightly unbalanced.

Also your Vergil is pretty lame (No offense. Seriously). A Baihu Coat would fit much better than a leather coat. It is simply too bulky/not smooth/Extremely low saturation levels. Also your colors are way off. Sticker use was very underwhelming and unbalanced.

Usually for most creations, I would say to keep going with them as they have some potential. But for this one, you should go back to the drawing board. Look at Virgil some more and try again.
 
i KNOW Vergil sucks, lol actually he is one of the first guys i built, iwas thinking i will improve him, but if i cant get him right i will just erase him, after all eventually i´m gonna run empty with char slots, so i think i´m gonna need some space...

The Saint Seiya Char its really bad now that you say it, i was not paying attention to the colors, i think i will change his armor because Saint Seiya armors are more skin tight, almost like golden clothes...
 
For Vile, i knew from the moment i saw that haircut it was meant for HIM (pardon the pun) so, i felt the strong need to him, glad to see i´m doing good, but also see that the chars need improvement, i will fix them tonight, i was going to last night, but i came home too tired i fell asleep while having dinner XD
 
I wish there were more options for faces while making a CaS...a bunch of them are the same "mean" face with different facial hair...c'mon!

Edit: Actually, I wish you could really change the characters face yourself adjusting all the axis for all the different facial features and general head shape. That would make the CaS mode instantly more bomb.

you got that right man, back in the day in soul calibur 3 you could choose any face AND THEN choose any beard, moustache or anything, not just, "ohhh you want a face with facial hair? sorry, we just put this old guys here enjoy them" seriously WTF??!!!

yeah, to be honest i was thinking "what if i steal it" but i decided NO i will make my own so there can be more saint seiya chars, ur Hyoga is amazing, i could hear the cygnus song when i saw it pretty cool use of the special equipment
 
hey, i just made some changes in Siegfried, I actually liked the armor this time, too ostentatious if you ask me, but, how else is a gold armor supposed to look like?

also, here are two creations from my girlfriend, she usually dont put much textures or stickers, hell, sometimes she does not even bother to change the color of the equipment, but i think they look good

i liked How the crown of 3p Siegfried came out, i´m gonna fix Vile tonight and maybe Vergil and also will post some new things i have
 
Loki's costume is great, but as with some other CAS I've seen, it look better as its own entity, not a Loki cosplay.​

And the light armored guy looks awesome!​
