It's techable though both sides, even if you RCC it perfectly. The notation on the page is also wrong, for what it's worth.

/edit/ I thought I had a perfect RCC, but I managed to make a recording the other day that I couldnt tech any direction as sophie so there might be something to this after all. However as performed by the guy in the video I still believe he does it too late for them to not have a side-tech opportunity.

Most of it is the same of course. Notes about TC/TJ are by the old SCIV data and havent been verified except for stances.

Hi, I am new to Soul Calibur and recently started playing SCBD. Although I am a pro in Tekken. My problem is I can't understand the 66B or 33A notations. Please can some one help me what is 66? Is this d/f,d/f or what? I am talking with respect to u-up, d-down, etc..
Appreciate any help
 
I'm not sure where the original guide for this is any more, but I think: http://www.8wayrun.com/threads/basic-notations-and-terminology.58/ seems to cover the basics your asking for at least. 66B in tekken speak probably would make the most sense translated as f,f+2 while 33A would be best understood as d/f,d/f+1. Generally the numbers correspond to the number pad on a standard keyboard with the character on 1P side.

Note that in Soul Calibur it is almost always the case that the double tap "dash" like input from other games will produce the same results when combined with an attack button as actually going into a full run then attacking, so 66B = [6]~B (that's hold forward, delay, B). The one common exception is that Running K (where one holds forward for a set amount of time then presses K) gives you a slide move different from 66K, but there are few(if any) others.
